A brilliant composer, arranger, orchestrator and multi-instrumentalist, David Sancious albums have long been beloved by progressive rock and jazz fusion fans around the world.
“This album features what has always been my first love; the Piano. It consists mainly of piano improvisations. The remaining pieces, while having some overdubs, are all constructed upon piano improvisations. The use of percussion is purposely absent (with a few minor exceptions) in order to highlight the silence in between the notes so the tone of the piano itself creates a certain desired effect.” – David Sancious
