Daymoon’s 5th studio album, Wednesday, takes the band’s eclectic approach to new heights. The music ranges from off-piste experiments and light-hearted sci-fi folk, to an extended, brooding suite of autobiographical notes about a children’s sanatorium in 1960’s Germany – all of it carried by the emotive vocal delivery by lead singer, Lavínia Roseiro. One thing that sets this album apart is the fact that the album features no drums. This is a shift from the progressive rock band’s former album releases.
This release also features Bent Knee’s Courtney Swain on vocals.
