"Circus Pandemonium" is the studio album by this Swedish progressive rock/metal act.
ACT was back after an 8-year gap since their previous release. Their style was described by a Progarchives reviewer as "Broadway heavy music, or a metal band indulging their Queen, disco-era ELO and that funky-reggae craze many rock bands underwent at the 70-80s border, with a healthy dose of playfulness". Yeah. That about covers it. Oh and it's kind of a concept album, too. Gotta love that!!
