Clearlight

Clearlight is a French progressive rock band formed in 1973. Their work could also be considered in other genres including psychedelic, jam band, symphonic, space, jazz fusion, and new age as it deftly melds each of these into one cohesive sound.

The band consists mainly of pianist/composer composer Cyrille Verdeaux with guest musicians with no compositional input, except on a few occasions. Bassist Joël Dugrenot had virtual co-leader status on Forever Blowing Bubbles and Didier Malherbe (Gong) and Didier Lockwood (Magma and Zao) featured on Visions.
