Purple Skies

Purple Skies, an underground rock band from Bergen, Norway, was formed in 2017 by Henrik Solheim (guitar) and Marius Aasen Moe (guitar and vocals). Initially aiming to play pure doom, their sound evolved into a dynamic blend of heavy, fuzz-driven rock with deep roots in late 60s and 70s heavy rock, stoner rock, and proto-doom, while maintaining a doom-inspired atmosphere. The band's lineup solidified with Robert Johansen and Joran Mjelde completing the vision for their debut album.
