Bill Bressler is back with "A Second Past" and to much acclaim. On his debut album, Bill told us about being a “Normal Boy” growing up in New Jersey, but this time the boy from New Jersey is exploring time travel. The songs all follow the story of a future where time travel has become easier and Dr. Severin Maxwell has set out with his companions to explore different time periods. Musically, this time, Bill has gotten help from many of his famous friends to create a truly stunning prog album.
