Marek Arnold’s Artrock Project - The Triple EP Collection (CD)
This triple EP collection has it all! Titles and versions that were previously only available online have been put together. There are also two titles that are completely new, both again with wonderful guests (see below).
The CD, chock-full with 78 minutes of playing time, is being released in a limited edition. For the extremely successful and highly acclaimed debut album (2023) by Marek Arnold's Artrock Project, there were three EPs on the digital online portals, and three breathtaking videos from an AI forge on YouTube.
The EPs contain versions of the main titles that were not yet available on CD, as well as parts of the "Berlin 2049 Suite". The interesting videos for the EPs can be easily accessed via the QR codes in the CD booklet. Some of the outstanding reviews of the 2023 studio album can be read on the middle page of the booklet and at the end of this info. All three digital EPs have been fully included for this CD.
(#1-3) It all started in June 2023 with the track “Stay” sung by Melanie Mau. The anthem of the Artrock Festival in Reichenbach is available here in both the short radio version and the long version with no fewer than six solos. That's prog!
(#4-6) The second EP, “Papillon”, was released in September 2023, sung by Arno Menses (Sieges Even / Subsignal). The track has a playing time of 10 minutes and, as expected, was a huge hit. A real prog hit, the audio track and video have achieved the highest number of hits.
(#7-10) The third EP was released in December 2023, shortly before Christmas. The ballad "A Time Of Mystery" sung by Manuel Schmid (Stern Combo Meissen) is again accompanied by an AI video worth seeing. The unusual "Piano & Vocal" version is now finally available on CD.
(#11) This completes the EPs. A previously hardly available extended version of "Come Away With Me" rounds off the tracks from the 2023 album. A high-quality video with the singer Zeynah can also be seen exclusively via the QR code in the CD booklet. After all the AI fantasy, a real gem with a real singer in the picture.
(#12) "El Morisco y la Bruja de Nagu", fusion prog with Marek Arnold on saxophone. Riitala is the name of the Finnish artist. He allowed us to include this exciting title on the CD.
(#13) Annemarie Schmidt is the name of this talented singer, who has also been on stage with Ed Sheeran and in the finale of THE VOICE. Marek knows her from her school days and invited her to the studio to sing the moving ballad "Still The World Keeps Moving". Exclusive, only for this CD!
(#14) Another long track. Patrik Lundström (Ritual / Kaipa) and Steve Bühring and Jana Pöche share the vocals on "Aiden". The fantasy text is by Guy Manning and takes us back to AI. Artificial intelligence (AI) is now fully established and lives among us as a family - a continuation of the "Berlin 2049" story from last year's studio album. Also exclusive, only on this CD!
